Summer rates: 
$95.00 a night double occupancy, $15.00 per extra guest.

$1,970.00 per month, double occupancy.

The Cottage is closed in the winter.
The Cottage is whimsically nestled in a greenhouse that is seasonally filled with flora of all kinds!
It has a queen-sized bed and a fold-out twin couch,  it sleeps three comfortably,
Complete with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, & hotplate, sink & 3 gal porcelain water canister with spigot.

There is a short walk to a clean, full bathroom with hot/cold running water, shower, regular toilet & towels.  It is shared with other cabins.  There is an even shorter walk to a cute little outhouse. 
Cabin is media-free, WiFi is available in comfortable, enclosed Upper Deck located above the treehouse. which also has a fireplace and a great view of the ocean and the famous Homer Spit! or near Campfire pit.
