Homer's Small Boat Harbor is located on the edge of Kachemak Bay.
Homer plays host to a variety of vessels that make up the commercial fishing fleet: long-liners, purse-seiners, and gill-netters. The harbor is also home to charter boat operators and tour boat operators providing fishing charters and sight-seeing tours within the area.
Walk the docks and observe local wildlife such as eagles, otters, and sea lions nearby.
